It exhibits emollience and broad spectrum anti-microbial activity against gram + & gram - bacteria, yeasts and molds. It can be formulated in heated emulsions up to 50⁰C. Its combination imparts cosmetic benefits such as skin emollience, improved skin feel, and a mild rose fragrance. It is an alternative to traditional cosmetic preservatives, allowing to create self-preserving formulations with reduced irritating and sensitizing potential. It is suitable for use in both leave-on and rinse-off products and soluble in oil and anhydrous formulas. It does not contain preservatives listed in EU Annex VI or allergens. Recommended use: 0,6-1,2%. pH: 4,0-9,0.
