It is a cationic surfactant. Designed for conditioning creams, shaving creams, and hair masks. Anti-static properties, complements non-ionic and amphoteric surfactants. Acts as a topical antiseptic and conditioning agent. Often combined with C16-18 fatty alcohols for conditioning. .Active ratio: 29%. Recommended use: 2,0-5,0%. pH: 3,5-6,0.
