TEQ CON BASE is mixture of conditioning agent, fatty alcohol and nonionic emulsifier. Hot process hair conditioner additive. Also helps to thicken and stabilize Leave-on or Rinse-off hair conditioners. N.O.I: 0,87. Recommended use: 4,0-10,0%. pH: 3,5-6,0.
