It is a blend of ultra high viscosity dimethiconol in combination with the cosmetic solvent cylopentasiloxane and offers the ability to create a semi-permeable breathable film on the skin which gives emollience benefits and an excellent skin feel with no negative tackiness. In hair care, it acts as a long-lasting conditioner providing improved dry combing and a superb soft. Benefits are; film forming, imparts velvety skin feel, fast drying, non sensitizer. Viscosity of it: 5000-8000 cst (25°C).
