Sodium Levulinate, Sodium Benzoate

It is a mixture of listed preservative with the mild, skin conditioning performance of a multifunctional organic acid Sodium Benzoate and the naturally derived multifunctional Sodium Levulinate. It is an antimicrobial with broad spectrum activity and can be used to replace traditional preservatives such as phenoxyethanol, parabens, triclosan and MIT. It is highly efficient against bacteria, yeasts and molds and is water-soluble. Suitable for all kind of cosmetics formulations, like rinse off and leave on. It's especially suitable for wet wipes. N.O.I: 0,88. Recommended use: 1,5-2,5%. pH: <6,0.
