Behentrimonium Chloride

It is a cationic quaternary ammonium salt which mainly used as an antistatic or hair conditioners. It has approx. %10 Isopropyl Alcohol as formulation aid. It is ideal for use in skin creams/lotions, shampoos, conditioners, face wash, body wash, and as a disinfectant. It has good compatibility with other cationic and nonionic surfactants. It reacts with anionic surfactants by forming electroneutral salts. These are soluble in water but stable solutions can be obtained by using an excess of an anionic compound. 
N.O.I: 0,54. Active ratio: 80%. Recommended use: 0,5-3,5%. pH: 3,5-6,0.
